Hi, I’m Dr. Sophia Kogan.

I’m a medical doctor and researcher specializing in mind-body psychiatry.

I help people live happier, healthier, and fuller lives.

My healing philosophy is that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and kindness while receiving the best evidence-based medical care. I partner with every person using a comprehensive, holistic approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

If you are struggling mentally or emotionally, I can help you overcome mental obstacles to like a purposeful, happy and thriving life.
